In the last two months I’ve done so many things that I wouldn’t of even considered doing six months ago. Its hard and there’s a couple more things to do but I genuinely can’t remember the last time I felt this happy – its nice to be me again! Thank you so much!!
Better late than never but a heartfelt thanks for your help. That pesky horse has the odd bolt but otherwise he’s doing ok. I think I now have a context for how I felt & when it all comes on top I can simply stop and be.
Just to say thank you for everything you’ve done to help me – repair my life and thoughts.
Thanks to you I do not have to keep looking back but can step forward… many thanks for all your help and guidance.
Thank you so much for listening to me. Thank you for your advice, guidance and support. It means a lot! You have really helped me to deal with my anxiety better and to try and see things differently. Keep up the good work!
Just want to say a big thank you mate for your support and help and listening to my problems. Honestly I’ve never spoke like this before… and help me to sort and evaluate the important things… I’m getting there mate.
Today is a very hard goodbye. You have been so wonderful. Thank you for helping me so much to see the world in a better light. Most of all thank you for listening when no one else would. Forever grateful.
We've had a fantastic time - full of sunshine and smiles. I feel so much happier and optimistic since seeing you - and I just wanted to say thanks for helping me to find that again. So - here's to the future with many more adventures to come!
The session was great today, thank you. We’ve been living with this for almost a year now and at times it’s been very difficult for us both having no support, so to hear you sum it up so well and to help us to make some sense of it was really helpful and reassuring.
You are the only person who let me look at life differently. I always hear you voice in my head when someone says – “think of it neutrally”. I can’t tell you that I always manage it but its definitely on its way. I loved our sessions – you made me laugh every time – on days when I didn’t think it was possible. Thank you for everything.
Laura, thanks for being there for me when I have really needed it.
Steve Flatt was and continues to be, a fantastic source of strength for me.
Working Conversations has been an invaluable aid to individual members of the Oasis Wellbeing Support Group, which I help organise, at Christ Church Higher Bebington, Wirral.
My daughter visited Steve when she was struggling with anxiety whilst studying at Liverpool John Moores university. Steve was absolutely wonderful with her. I am very happy to recommend him to anyone needing support for anxiety.
